Shipping & Delivery

At Project(2), delivery charges are as follows: delivery is free on all orders above ₹446. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹49 applies, regardless of the order value.

We ensure that your orders are handled with care and shipped promptly through trusted domestic courier services and/or speed post. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 days of receiving your order and payment, or according to the delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Please note that delivery timelines are subject to courier service or postal authority norms.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Project(2) cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or postal service. All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure your information is accurate.

Once your order is placed, the tracking number and shipment details will be shared via the email address provided during registration/checkout. We will also confirm once your order has been delivered.

Please note that any shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
